How Contractor Direct pricing works

The price

Contractor Direct is bulk pricing. When the items from one manufacturer in your order reach that manufacturer's line, every item from that manufacturer is priced at its Contractor Direct price. Prices can change at any time; you pay the price shown when you order.

Who

Everyone. No account, no application, no minimum number of orders.

Shipping

Contractor Direct orders usually ship within 5 to 7 business days. Contractor Direct orders ship free (UPS and FedEx, lower 48 states). Orders under the line ship at regular rates.

Changes and cancellations

Change or cancel at no charge before the order ships. After it ships, it is a return.

Returns

Returns carry a 25% restocking fee and the customer pays return freight. Items must be unused, clean and in their original cartons, within 30 days of delivery. Request a return authorization first.

Non-returnable

Gas detection instruments, detector tubes, respirators, filters and cartridges, and other respiratory or hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable once shipped.

Our mistake

Wrong, damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost. Tell us within 5 business days.

Manufacturer minimums · Some of our manufacturer lines carry a minimum order. We'd rather list a manufacturer's entire catalog, in every size and configuration, at the lowest price we can put on it than carry a short list of curated items at a higher one. Minimums are what make that possible. Any products from that manufacturer count together, in any mix of styles and sizes, and most crews clear the line with a couple of harnesses or a single SRL. If you need just one item, give us a call and we'll find the best way to get it to you.
