Keeper ratchet tie-down straps use abrasion-resistant Hi-Test nylon webbing that won't rot or mildew, with a spring-loaded release that keeps the ratchet from opening accidentally. Breaking strengths run from 5,000 to 15,000 lb across lengths of 8 to 27 ft, with J-hook, flat hook or S-hook ends.
