System includes integral adjustable line weight and allows quick and easy access to apPRO ed ladder or structure. It comes with integral shock absorber and uses a 5/16" galvanized steel cable for smooth operations. It has major applications in confined space, painting, welding and meets applicable ANSI and OSHA requirements.
