The SafeLink EZ-Link Double Connector mounts a SafeLink anchor post to rebar for concrete form work. It gives two anchor points a full 360 degree work radius on a bridge deck or wall pour.

- Includes a 3-piece aluminum bracket kit, 4 steel threaded rods and 4 wing nut brackets
- Mounts to 6 or more #9 rebar bars or larger
