All prices are subject to change without notice due to unexpected manufacturing pricing or typographical errors.
Published prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Any estimated freight charges shown on the website or Order Confirmation e-mail are subject to change based on actual costs. Shipping estimates are meant to represent the cost of normal ground service within the 48 contiguous states for orders meeting UPS weight and dimension standards. Products considered hazardous or in need of special handling require additional shipping charges, and those charges are the responsibility of the customer.
At Bayshore Safety we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, call us for shipping instructions and return it (subject to conditions below) within 30 days of the sale date on your invoice for a full credit. You must contact our Customer Service department at
1-925-239-8945 for confirmation, shipping instructions, and Return Material Authorization Number prior to returning any products. All returns must be shipped prepaid in resale (new) condition and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of credit or refund. Special order, non-stock and drop ship items are subject to prior approval and returned goods policy of the manufacturer. Items with custom artwork or imprints are not returnable, unless the problem is a Bayshore Safety error or a manufacturer defect.
The Bayshore Safety website accepts all major credit cards. In-store purchases may be made with credit card, cash or check, or with an approved purchase order number.

No Implied Warranty
The ONLY warranties provided with merchandise purchased are those provided by the manufacturer and Bayshore Safety makes no warranties of merchant-ability or fitness expressed or implied. The sole remedy for any failure or defect in the merchandise shall be replacement or refund of purchase price provided the merchandise meets the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines and the warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer.
