10' to 20' Belmont Safety Hatch System with Front Mount Brackets

This Belmont Safety Hatch System lets a worker open, close, and lock a roof hatch from ground level on a 10 to 20 foot fixed ladder. A manually cranked drive unit and a built-in extension pole give a smooth, hands-free transition from ladder to roof, and this kit uses front-mount brackets with shims for flat bar stock up to 1/2 inch thick and 4 inches deep.
