20' to 27' Belmont Safety Hatch System with Round Brackets

For a 20 to 27 foot fixed ladder, this Belmont Safety Hatch System opens, closes, and locks a roof hatch from ground level. A manually cranked drive unit and a built-in extension pole give a smooth, hands-free transition from ladder to roof, and this kit uses round brackets for side mounting on 1-3/4 inch diameter tubing.
