20' to 27' Belmont Safety Hatch System with Flat Brackets

This Belmont Safety Hatch System lets a worker open, close, and lock a roof hatch from ground level on a 20 to 27 foot fixed ladder. A manually cranked drive unit and a built-in extension pole give a smooth, hands-free transition from ladder to roof, and this kit uses flat brackets for side mounting on flat bar stock up to 4 inches.
