Loctite® 425™ Instant Adhesive, Surface Curing Threadlockers

Dark blue, ethyl cyanoacrylate/aliphatic ester adhesive designed as a fast curing, low strength adhesive for locking metal and plastics fasteners. Designed for pre-application or post-application. Fixture speed can be increased by using a Loctite cyanoacrylate activator, such as SF 7113Cures within 2 minutes on plated metal and plastics fasteners with full strength in 24 hours. Used for tamper proofing the heads of screws or potentiometers.
