MSA OptimAir TL PAPR
The MSA OptimAir TL powered air-purifying respirator: when used with the msa battery pack, the optimair tl papr provides a constant filtered airflow of a minimum of 170 lpm to the hood, and 115 lpm to the tight fitting facepiece (manual); standard NiMH battery of at least four hours or extended-life lithium-ion of at least eight hours; audible and visual low-flow and low-battery alarms; HE, OV/AG/HE, AG/AM/FM/HE and OV/MV/HE cartridges. MSA states an APF of 1,000 for tight-fitting facepieces and full-coverage hoods and 25 for the low-profile hoods. The NIOSH approvals and the OSHA assigned protection factors below.
