Cross-sensitivity (handbook, p. 252): Arsine and stibine are also indicated, but with different sensitivities. Hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, ammonia, and hydrochloric acid do not have any effect within their OEL ranges. Carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide also have no effect in their OEL ranges.

Draeger CH21201 questions
What does the Draeger CH21201 measure? Phosphine in air, measuring range 50 to 1000 ppm.
How many pump strokes does the CH21201 take? 3 strokes (n) per the handbook, p. 252. Measuring time approx. 2 min.
Which pump does the CH21201 use? A Draeger tube pump: the accuro hand pump or the X-act 5000. Per the handbook (p. 28–29), Draeger short-term tubes and Draeger tube pumps are matched at the factory and form a single unit; using other pumps with Draeger tubes, or other tubes with Draeger pumps, can impair the measurement.
What is the color change on the CH21201? yellow → brown-black, read against the scale printed on the tube.
Do Draeger CH21201 tubes expire? Yes. Draeger prints an expiration date (month and year) on the package; the handbook states a typical shelf life for the customer of up to two years, stored sealed at the temperature on the package strip (handbook section 2.13).
How many tubes are in a box of CH21201? 10. Each tube is used once.
